For the farmhouse bread, mix the two types of flour together, add the yeast, salt and sugar. Knead together with the oil and water to form a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes. The volume should have doubled. Knead the dough again and form it into a ball.

Now place this on a floured baking sheet and flatten slightly. Cover and let rise for another 40 minutes. Slash the bread lightly several times in both directions with a sharp knife.

Place an ovenproof dish with water on the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven to 200g. Bake the bread for about 60 minutes. Allow the finished bread to cool.
