For the fiery lamb skewers, rinse the lamb in cold water and pat dry. Cut into approx. 3 x 3 cm cubes. Wash the tomatoes and the peppers and pat dry as well. Cut the peppers into quarters. Roll up the prosciutto into rolls.

For the marinade, mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Add the lamb cubes, tomatoes, and pepperoni pieces to the marinade, stir through, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Alternate lamb cubes, cocktail tomatoes, pepperoni pieces and prosciutto rolls on skewers. Grill the lamb skewers on the hot grill on all sides (approx. 10 minutes). The lamb may still be pink inside. You can of course also prepare the fiery lamb skewers in the grill cup.
