For the baked figs, wash the figs and cut them crosswise, you want to have 4 quarters that are still connected. Place the figs in small ovenproof ramekins.

Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices. Finely chop the rosemary and mint and sprinkle on the figs. Place one slice of goat cheese and one slice of mozzarella on each fig and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 °C in a preheated oven.

Drizzle the baked figs with balsamic cream to taste and serve. As a side dish I recommend freshly baked ciabatta.
