Try this delicious cake recipe:

Whisk flour and baking powder, curd, milk. oil. Add salt and vanilla sugar. Prepare everything with the dough hooks on the highest speed for 1 minute. Knead with hands and roll out to a rectangle of 60 X 30 cm. Brush with butter.

Mix all ingredients for the filling and spread on the center of the dough sheet. Fold the sides over towards the center. Place on a baking tray, brush with whipped cream. Bake in a heated kitchen oven (electric oven 200 degrees, gas mark 3, convection oven 180 degrees) for about 45 minutes.

Stir the jam with 1 tbsp. water, bring to the boil and brush the hot roll. Mix powdered sugar with juice of one lemon and spread on top. Sprinkle with pistachios.
