Instructions:

For the fish casserole, wash the fish fillets, dab dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Squeeze the defrosted spinach, chop coarsely and sauté briefly in olive oil together with the garlic and onion rings.

Season with salt and pepper. Blend all ingredients for the infusion with a blender until smooth. Grease a baking dish with butter, then spread half of the spinach in the baking dish. Layer the fish fillets on top and cover them with the 2nd half of the spinach.

Finally, pour the infusion over it and bake the fish casserole for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven (180°).
