Instructions:

Rinse the fish and cut into portion pieces. Heat ghee or oil in a saucepan and sauté onion, garlic and coriander at low temperature until onion is soft and golden. Add the cumin, turmeric and chili spices and stir-fry until tender.

Add the tomato, salt and garam masala and stir-fry until the tomato is cooked to a puree.

Season with the juice of one lemon and salt. Place the fish pieces in the tomato sauce and spread the sauce evenly over the fish. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until the fish is cooked.

Serve with long grain rice.
