For the fish with apple whipped topping, drizzle the fish fillet with a few drops of lemon juice and a few drops of Worcester sauce. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for about 10 minutes. Pour white wine over it and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Sauté the butter with the onion and garlic, finely dice the apples and add them, add the shrimp as well, season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, Worcester sauce and paprika. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool completely. Then add the cheese.

Beat the whipped cream and egg whites until stiff, fold into the apple and cheese mixture. Butter a baking dish and pour half of the apple-cheese mixture into the dish. Place the fish fillets on top and cover with the remaining apple-cheese mixture.

Preheat the oven to approx. 180°C and bake the fish with apple-cheese coating for approx. 25 minutes at 180° – 200°C.
