For the green beans bacon rolls, clean the green beans and cook in salted water until al dente. Strain the runner beans and drain well. Place bacon slices on top and tightly wrap about 7 green beans at a time with a bacon slice to form a bundle.

Heat butter and oil in a frying pan and fry the green beans in it. Turn a few times so that the bacon becomes crispy. Arrange on plates.
