Clean the green beans (cut off the tips and remove the threads) and wash them.

Cut into pieces about 3 cm long and boil in salted water until tender, then strain.

Prepare a marinade from vinegar, salt, sugar and water.

Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Add green beans and onion to the marinade and mix well.

Color looks especially pretty if you add a little corn to the fisolen salt.
