Chop young onion into small pieces. Mushrooms rub with crepe and chop finely.

2) Preparation: Mix the minced meat with the soaked oat flakes, the vegetables and the egg. Add sunflower seeds, parsley and young onion, mix and season well with iodized salt and pepper. Form burgers from this amount and bake in hot clarified butter until golden on both sides.

3. ) Serving: The burgers can be cooled or possibly eaten warm or possibly served together with mashed potatoes and leaf salad as a main course.
