Instructions:

Peel the pineapple and cut into slices.

Melt butter in a frying pan and roast the pineapple slices in it until golden brown and keep warm.

Melt butter in frying pan and sprinkle sugar on top. Allow to melt while stirring throughout. Add juice of one lemon, orange juice and zest. Reduce the sauce, heat Grand Marnier and rum in a ladle, ignite and pour leisurely into the sauce.

Turn the pineapple slices in the sauce to the other side.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and possibly waffles.

Instead of pineapple, you can also flambé bananas very well.
