A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Leb, rusk, cookie or possibly gingerbread pour cold milk and rest. Pre-swell the raisins. Stir flour with 2-3 tablespoons of mineral water. Heat Leb, Zwieback, cookie or possibly gingerbread in the remaining milk and stir frequently with a wooden spoon. Add raisins and almond flakes, bring to a boil and bind with flour. It must now have become a smooth, thick mixture. Stir in egg yolks and snow. Season with cinnamon of your choice. Fill into buttered flameproof baking dish and bake in hot oven at 225-250 °C. Cover with foil if necessary.
Cover with foil if necessary. Serve with warm vanilla or wine sauce (can be prepared from ready-made ingredients).
