The ground meat is kneaded with the soaked, squeezed and crumbled bread, a raw onion, egg, salt and pepper.

Grease a baking tray, form dumplings from the mixture with wet hands and place them on it. Make an indentation in the middle of the dumplings and fry the meat in the oven until not too brown. Now break a raw egg into each dumpling, taking care not to melt the yolks. Meanwhile, fry in the oven until the egg whites set and the yolks remain soft.
