For the flower sandwiches, finely chop the washed and shaken dry flowers. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Mix sour cream and cream cheese with honey, flowers and green pepper and season with lemon juice.

Cut rolls in half and spread with the mixture. Decorate the flower buns with some remaining flowers.
