Instructions:

Boil the potatoes until soft, remove the skin and cut into slices. Finely dice the onion. Mix potatoes (warm), onions with vinegar and clear soup (maybe the diced smoked bacon) and season with salt and pepper.

Let the lettuce stand for at least half an hour, then stir in the oil and season repeatedly.

If you don’t like raw onions, you can let the onion simmer in the hot beef broth together with the vinegar.

Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
