Try this delicious cake recipe:

Put all the ingredients for the dough in order in a suitable bowl and make a kneaded dough. Then rest for 2o to 3o min. In the meantime, peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Fill the dough into a cake springform pan (diameter 26 cm), press it well smooth on the bottom and form a small rim. Spread the apple pieces evenly on top and sprinkle with cinnamon as you like.

Then bake at 200 °C for about 6o min. After about 45 to 50 minutes, remove the cake from the oven, sprinkle with almonds and finally spread with apricot jam. Then bake for another 1o to 15 min.

Our serving tip: whip the cream with a dash of orange liqueur until stiff and bring to the table with the cake.
