For the French potatoes, first slice tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, smoked meat, eggs and cheese. In a greased baking dish, layer these ingredients alternately.
Whisk the cream and eggs to a mixture and pour over the top. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C top and bottom heat.
After 25 minutes you can sprinkle some parsley on top.
Arrange the French potatoes on plates and serve hot.
