For French salad, boil kipfler, rinse, peel and dice (1 cm). Peel and dice celery (1 cm), boil in salted boiling water until semi-soft, strain and drain well.
Peel apple and dice with pickles. Put in a bowl with kipflernels, mayonnaise, peas and carrots, mix and season with vinegar, salt and pepper.
French salad possibly season again with a little vinegar diluted with water.
