Batitas are very popular in the Spanish Islands and are sold at many cafes and street stalls. Almost any ripe fruit can be used.

Put all the ingredients in a blender jug and whip with a hand blender or electric mixer until creamy. If you like, you can add 2 centiliters of rum.
