Instructions:

For fried braunschweiger, heat a coated skillet as directed.

Sprinkle slices of braunschweiger with curry powder to taste and lay flat in pan. Turn over after 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, straighten the bread. When sausage slices are nice and crispy, remove from pan and alternate with tomato slices on a plate.

Serve fried braunschweiger with bread and mustard.
