Instructions:

For chicken fried rice, lightly sauté onion, garlic and meat in a large skillet with 1 tsp oil.

Add vegetables and wait until vegetables are “soft”. Then add rice to the pan, add the 2 beaten eggs, mix well and season with salt, pepper or chili.

Mix again and continue to fry. Please stand still and keep mixing through – it burns easily.

Then cut the cucumber and serve as a side dish to the fried rice with chicken flesich.
