Instructions:

For the fried rice with shrimp and chicken, cook the rice and set aside. Cut the chicken into thin strips and fry briefly in a wok, then remove from the wok and keep warm.

Do the same with the shrimp. Cut the carrots and bamboo into thin strips and fry them together with the peas in the wok, then add a dash of soy sauce and the Asian herbs.

Then add the chicken and shrimp, and the rice as well. Stir-fry everything together again and add a beaten egg on top.

Stir a few times, possibly add a dash of soy sauce.
