Form everything on top of each other in a large high gratin dish or pan and leave in the kitchen stove at 220 °C for 1 hour until a crust is on it, then form 1 bottle of tomato ketchup over it and pour 1 cup of whipped cream over it and leave again in the kitchen stove for 1/2 to 3/4 hour (frying pan without lid).
