Instructions:

Sort, rinse and seed all the fruits. Then layer them, drained, in a jumble in the jars. Bring the water with the preserving sugar to the boil and pour it over the fruit.

Seal as usual and cook at 75 °C for 20 min.

Kids rinse for a custard with these fruits on the spot their hands, feet and ears possibly even the car.
