Rinse and gut the fruit, cut into slices and layer in a baking dish.

Stir the egg yolks and powdered sugar (1), crush the mascarpone and add. Perfume everything together with the Grand Manier. Fold in whipped cream. Cover the fruit with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar (2) and serve hot.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with an ice cream cone.
