Instructions:

Rinse the fruit. Peel the bananas and cut into narrow strips. Peel the orange so that everything white together is removed, then cut into slices. Quarter the apple, core and cut into thin slices. Cut the remaining fruit into bite-sized pieces as well.

Mix everything in a baking bowl with the lime juice and brown sugar. Also, shred the basil and stir it in as well – whip the cream with confectioners’ sugar until stiff.

Stir the curd in a baking bowl with the whipped cream and the amaretto.

Pour the fruit salad into a gratin dish, spread the curd cheese evenly on top and set aside to cool. Crumble the cantuccini and sprinkle on the curd with the brittle.
