For fruity spring rolls, first preheat the oven to 220 °C hot air. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Cut the dried fruits into small pieces. If necessary, wash the fresh fruit, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Mix all fruits with cinnamon, cardamom and sugar.

Blend the raw marzipan and crème fraîche together.

Place spring roll sheets on top and brush with a little melted butter. Sprinkle the ground almonds on top. Place two pastry sheets on top of each other. Spread the fruit mixture on half of the dough sheet, leaving a margin on the side. Spread marzipan mixture on top.

Roll up spring rolls tightly and place on baking sheet. Brush with remaining butter. Place in oven for about 10 minutes.

Serve fruity spring rolls sprinkled with powdered sugar.
