For the fruity summer smoothie, first rinse the peaches, rub them dry, halve them, remove the stone and cut them into pieces.

Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and blend very finely with fruit and just under 1/3 of the orange juice in a kitchen blender. Gradually add remaining orange juice and blend in.

Fill fruity summer smoothie into glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
