Instructions:

Cut squid into rings. Drain deep sea shrimp and mussels. Rinse tomatoes, cut in half and remove stem. Rinse chicory, cut away stem and separate individual leaves. Loosely mix all salad ingredients.

Stir the ingredients for the dressing heartily, fold into the leaf salad just before serving. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with fresh baguette.
