Defrost the shrimps. Squeeze one lemon, cut the rest into 12 wedges each. Peel the shallots and garlic and cut into very fine cubes. Gently sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil, deglaze with white wine. Then add juice of one lemon and the remaining spices, let it boil once, then pour over the lemons. Stir in shrimp and remaining olive oil, season spicily and refrigerate for one night.
