Instructions:

Cook the dough (first 6 ingredients) and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Roll out the yeast dough into a rectangle.

Stir all the other ingredients together. Spread the garlic-herb mixture on the dough, leaving a small border. Roll up the dough from the long side. Then place it in a greased cake springform pan with a gugelhupf insert (26cm).

Mix 3 more egg yolks and brush the wreath with them. It is then baked for about 1 hour. With convection oven no preheating necessary, then bake only at 160 °C.
