For the yeast dumplings, mix yeast in the lukewarm milk, add flour, sugar, salt and soft margarine and knead for about 7 minutes until a smooth dough is formed. ln the bowl, leave to rise uncovered in the appliance (at 40°C for 15 minutes).
Divide dough into 8-10 pieces, form into dumplings, cover and let rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. ln a perforated, greased cooking container and cook (at 100°C for 14 minutes).
Prepare a sauce from Powidl, cream, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt on the stove and serve with it. Alternatively, you can also serve vanilla sauce with it.
