For the ginger-orange pancakes, mix eggs, sugar, flour and milk. Heat the butter and add it to the mixture, add a little salt.

When the mixture is smooth, add the Grand Marnier. Cover and keep warm for 2 hours. Peel and fillet the oranges, place them on a plate and pour the orange liqueur over them.

Sprinkle with ginger and refrigerate. Bake four large pancakes and preheat the oven. Spread the jam on the pancakes, fold them, place them on a plate and bake for 2 minutes.

Garnish the ginger-orange pancakes with the orange wedges and serve immediately.
