Try this delicious cake recipe:

Cut the gingerbread into small cubes and simmer leisurely with the game stock over low heat until reduced by half. Add the game glace. Blend the sauce well and then strain. Reheat and beat with the cold butter. Season to taste with salt, gin, cognac and freshly ground pepper.
