Finely grate the cooked potatoes, grate the raw potatoes ditto and squeeze them properly. Mix the masses and add buttermilk and salt. Heat sunflower oil in a large frying pan. Bake the dough in it to small pancakes. They need 4 min. for each side. Drain on paper towels and serve with apple compote.
