For the glucose syrup, slowly dissolve sugar and citric acid in water over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Boil until the mixture reaches a temperature of 108 °C-110 °C. Stir the soda into the mixture.

Caution. It foams extremely, so you should use a large pot. Fill the glucose syrup into glass bottles.
