For the gnocchi casserole, preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into cubes.

Finely chop herbs and garlic. Brush the casserole dish with olive oil.

Season the gnocchi, mix with herbs, garlic and the diced tomatoes and mozzarella and fill into the baking dish.

Bake the gnocchi casserole for 25 minutes.
