Instructions:

First, cut the bacon into strips and fry slowly in the oil on half heat.

Cook the gnocchi in salted water. Clean the cabbage sprouts and boil them in a little water until soft, drain. Add sage leaves to bacon and fry briefly, then arrange strained gnocchi on two plates.
