For the goat cheese and radish salad, wash and finely grate the radishes, add a little salt and leave for about 10 minutes. Then squeeze them and pour away the remaining juice.

Mix the fresh goat cheese and the goat yogurt until smooth. Wash the lemon well and add the zest to the cream cheese mixture along with a few squirts of the lemon juice.

Wash the mint leaves, drain well and chop finely. Stir into the grated radishes along with the cream cheese mixture. Season the goat cheese and radish salad with salt and a pinch of sugar.
