For the golden millet salad, cook the golden millet in plenty of salted water and let cool. Wash the cucumber and the bell bell pepper and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the cocktail tomatoes as well and cut them 1-2 times depending on their size. Mix everything into the slightly overcooled millet and season with herb salt and pumpkin seed oil.
