Look forward to this fine asparagus recipe:

Peel the asparagus spears and cut them into 2 cm long pieces, make in light salted water to which has been added 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp sugar.

Put the vegetables as well as the potato slices in a suitable bowl and mix thoroughly.

Stir the whipped cream, mustard and horseradish together and pour over the lettuce. Pull. Garnish with the radishes before serving.
