Instructions:

First, mix grapes with jelling sugar, coarsely crush with a blender (also works with a potato masher).

Heat until almost boiling, then pass through a sieve to remove the grape skin.

Peel and chop the bananas and add to the grapes. Add 1/4 l wine and lemon juice and boil down until jellied.

While still hot, pour into prepared jars rinsed with hot water, seal tightly and turn upside down.

The jam will not set until completely cooled and stored in a cool place.
