For 5 jars a 400 g:








Instructions:

Cut grapefruit in half, scoop out flesh. Quarter pineapple, cut flesh into cubes. Remove peel from mango, cut flesh into cubes. Stir sugar and vanilla bean with fruit in a saucepan, bring to a boil according to package directions. Remove vanilla pod. Fold in whisky. Fill the jam into the glasses while still hot.
