Soak the raisins in the milk and soak up. Make the potatoes, remove the peel, mash and mix with half the butter. Season with pepper and salt.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread 1/3 of the mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom of the dish. On top, place the chutney, half of the cheese and half of the remaining potato puree form. Add the prawns and the remaining cheese as the next layer. Cover with the remaining mashed potatoes.

Fry the breadcrumbs in a tiny bit of butter. Then mix curry, raisins and parsley into the breadcrumbs. Everything together is filled into a bulge in the middle of the gratin.

Bake in a heated oven at about 190 °C for about 20 minutes.
