A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

Peel potatoes and make about 15 min. Peel asparagus spears, cut woody ends into small pieces. Cook in lightly salted water with sugar for about 20 min.

Cut potatoes in half and hollow out. Remove peel from onion and chop. Rinse parsley, chop and mix with onion, minced meat, potato interior, salt and pepper. Stuff the potatoes with it. Bake in the heated oven for about 15 minutes.

Rinse and dice tomatoes. Rinse basil and chop. Mix both with crème fraîche, season.

Drain asparagus spears and layer in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over them. Add to the potatoes and bake for about 5 minutes.

How to cook in the microwave:

Asparagus can be cooked in small quantities in the microwave.

To do this, layer 750 g of peeled asparagus spears and about 7 tbsp of water evenly in a microwave dish. Cover and cook at 600 watts for about 15 minutes.
