For the recipe Greek Farmer’s Salad, cut the tomatoes into small wedges and halve them again.

Peel the cucumber, halve, seed and cut into cubes or slices. Remove the stems from the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cut the onion into strips as well.

Mix the vegetables with the diced feta cheese and pitted olives and marinate with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and ground pepper.

Slice the peeled scallions diagonally and sprinkle over the salad. Garnish with plucked oregano and thyme.
