Clean the leaf lettuce, rinse, drain well and pick the leaves apart. Rinse the cucumber, peel it, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into pieces. Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, removing the flower sprouts. Rinse the bell bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and white ribs, and cut into narrow strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Pit the olives. Mix the vinegar, mustard, oil, kitchen herbs, salt and pepper in a baking bowl. Carefully mix the lettuce, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes, sprinkle with bell pepper and add the olives. Pour the sauce over it. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the lettuce.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
