For the Greek mince, chop onion and sauté. Allow to cool. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix all spices, crushed garlic with eggs, fried onion and breadcrumbs. Knead in feta cheese, then add minced meat. Grease the baking pan (or use the deep baking tray) and press the minced mixture firmly into it.

Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake the Greek mince at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
