For the summer salad, wash and cut the vegetables: Slice and quarter the unpeeled cucumber, halve or quarter the cocktail tomatoes (depending on size), slice the bell bell pepper into strips, slice the onion into fine strips as well, strain the olives and mix in.

Now cut/break the feta cheese into bite-sized cubes and gently mix in as well. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients except the oil and dress the salad with it.

Just before serving, marinate the salad with the linseed oil and dress.
