The key to this tasty dish is the sauce. It tastes best when prepared a day in advance. It can also be frozen very neatly.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and refrigerate for one night. Heat the broiler and warm up the sauce to room temperature. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with lime juice and season with pepper and salt. Put them on the grill and brush them with the sauce while grilling for about 6 minutes. Place on the table with the sauce.
